HAC faculty continuously integrate and translate advanced health analytics into the educational curriculum (from K-12 to graduate and doctoral studies). This involves embedding research-derived, clinical, simulated and collaborative data and case-studies to drive the scientific concepts and analytic methods in the classroom. Faculty develop and expand the health science curriculum to include transdisciplinary data science, health analytics and computational statistics.
HAC investigators tap into nursing practice and translational clinical research to identify pressing and complex issues to drive and focus HAC research, training, and application.
HAC offers Big Data Science and Predictive Health Analytics courses, including MOOCs, organizes seminar series, workshops, Summer Schools, hackathons, and other outreach activities.
